Toni D’Amico joined The Florida Group in 2007, serving as the firm’s Staff Assistant and Receptionist. She fills the vital role of effective communication with current and prospective clients, and assists the full TFG team with the management of efficient day-to-day firm operations.

Toni relocated to Fernandina Beach from South Georgia in 2006 after eighteen years in the radio industry. While there, she gained valuable managerial and communications skills through her roles as program, production and musical director and being an on-air personality.

Toni is very active in the Nassau Community where she previously served on the board of Joy to the Children. In 2018 Toni helped create Blue Fire Theatre, a not for profit community theatre in Nassau County, based in Yulee. You may see Toni on stage in Jacksonville, where she has been involved at Theatre Jacksonville and the 5 & Dime Theatre Company. Toni is originally from Ohio and is a graduate of Bauder College with a degree in Radio Broadcasting.
