Amber Watts serves as an Administrative Specialist at The Florida Group, providing support to the TFG government relations team and ensuring efficient daily operations of the firm. Her role includes managing client communications, supporting legislative efforts, assisting with issue research, and coordinating meetings and events, among other services.
Prior to joining The Florida Group, Amber worked for the Florida House of Representatives, where she served as a Special Assistant to the Speaker of the House and senior staff. In this role, Amber assisted with office scheduling efforts and supported constituent relations and legislative operations. During her time in the Speaker’s Office, Amber developed a strong understanding of Florida’s legislative process and of state leadership dynamics – both of which she utilizes to assist TFG’s advocacy team with ensuring success for our clients.
Amber resides in Tallahassee with her husband and their son, Tristan.
