Tiffany McKinley Schuder

Tiffany McKinley Schuder is a Partner and Chief of Client Services at The Florida Group. In these roles, Tiffany manages client and firm priorities and supports all aspects of TFG’s state and local government relations practices. She also assists with management of the firm’s strategic communications and business development activities.

Tiffany joined The Florida Group in 2006. Throughout her years with the firm, she has developed a unique understanding of state policy and appropriations matters, and utilizes this knowledge and experience to help clients and team members work initiatives successfully through Florida’s complex legislative process.

Prior to joining The Florida Group, Tiffany served in the administration of Florida Governor Jeb Bush, working in the Office of External Affairs. In this role, Tiffany supported the management of several gubernatorial projects and programs, and assisted with coordination of the Governor’s scheduling activities, travel and events, including hurricane response. While working in state government, Tiffany formed a valuable network of contacts in Tallahassee and beyond, which is a tremendous asset to our team.

Tiffany holds a degree in history and political science from Flagler College, where she graduated magna cum laude. Following graduation, she was one of 100 students throughout the nation selected for the prestigious White House Intern Program. As an intern in the nation’s capital, Tiffany worked for the President’s Commission on White House Fellowships during the administration of President George W. Bush. In this role, Tiffany supported office initiatives relating to the Fellowship Program’s application and selection processes as well as coordination of the Program’s Speaker series, which involved numerous key officials within the administration.

Tiffany lives in Neptune Beach with her husband, Karl and their two children. She and her family are parishioners at St. Paul’s Catholic Church in Jacksonville Beach, and she is an active parent volunteer in her children’s schools.
